Noah: Live An Impactful Life.

Bible Reading: Gen. 7:1-6

Text: Gen. 7:5

And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.

Somebody said, in the days of Noah, it was easy for Noah to follow God because there was no social media, no television, no technology, no globalization, nobody was giving or taking bribe, there was no corruption. This perception is not correct.

Scriptures record that in the days of Noah wickedness of man was great, and that every imagination of THE THOUGHT OF MAN WAS EVIL CONTINUALLY. Men were always coming up with new ways to do evil. Not only that, verse 11 and 12 of Genesis 6 says the earth was corrupt and filled with violence and that all flesh (man and beast) had corrupted his way on the earth.

What more do we say? The world of Noah might not know Twitter, Facebook and Instagram but there was distractions everywhere, the world pursued vanity and instant gratification. The very thing that made the world evil today was present in the days of Noah and it wasn’t easier to raise kids.

Inspite of that, Noah stood out. Inspite of the internet and the technological advancement of his days, he was undistracted. Inspite of the influence of Facebook and Instagram, he raised his children well. He taught them how to know God for themselves.

There is no excuse for anybody here now not to walk and work as the Lord has ordered regardless of the what is happening in the environment.
Noah was a case to study truly and a legend indeed.

Let Us Pray.
1. Thank you oh Lord for the credibility of Christ in this generation.

2. Oh Lord My God, help me to fulfill your will also live according to your order.

3. Thank you Lord for an answered prayers.
