Bible Reading: Ex.12:1-51

Text: Mt.17:27

Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.

In life, to be directed simply means to be duly and rightly instructed on where to go and what to do per time.

There are many prayer warriors walking day in and day out in the shadows of poverty, shame and misfortune because they lost track of what to do to make a headway in life.

The Bible reading of this morning devotion is voluminous but while reading it, I discovered that some Isrealities would have died like the Egyptians because of disobedience to God’s instruction.

The same instruction that was to keep them safe from the predestined destruction set for the Egyptians could have killed them. The instruction was simple: whoever the blood was not found on the lintel of his house was automatically marked as an Egyptian, and would surely die like them.

Abraham’s breakthrough in life was tied to how much he kept the instruction, statues, commandment and precept of the Lord. He was instructed to come out of his father’s house and because of his obedient to the word and instruction of the Lord, his life became a blessing to every family the world over.

The first biblical armies of war were built under the leadership of Abraham. He built the first cattle ranch and many other prominent inventions of man that are only now redefined under human strategic wisdom and knowledge.

Abraham got to the pinnacle of his life because he submitted his life, his will and agenda to the the Lord.

No matter how standard your prayer life is, if you fail to be directed, you will totally fail in destiny and be a mockery of time and situations.

Many  Christians are suffering not because their prayer is not answered but because they have totally lost track of the Lord’s direction that would bring their success and breakthrough.

Instruction is the fuel of fulfillment of destiny, nobody ever failed in life because he followed divine instruction. If you follow, you won’t fail.

Let Us Pray.
1. Thank you oh Lord for the grace of your direction upon my life.

2. Oh Lord God, help me not to lose track of your direction all the days of my life.

3. Thank you for answered prayers oh Lord.
