When He is Not in the Boat, Pt.2

Bible Reading: Jonah.1:3-12

Text: Jonah.1:3

But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD.

Every good intention of the natural man is basically contrary to the plan and purpose of God.

It is better not to know his plan or working strategy than to know it and then act in contrary or negligence.

If you are in a business that God has not sent you, then be ready to face any problem that will arise from the venture.

Getting married to a man or woman against his known will for your life is the most dangerous mistake anyone can make, it opens the doors of one’s life to predicaments that no anointing can surmount.

We are in the generation where matchmaking is the order of marriage now, most especially when both parties are graduates with good working plans in their respective hand. This is a mistake that will cause many destinies to capsize.

Your life is a boat that must be carefully paddled and the sailor must be very sure of the destination of where the ship will be stop because the road on the sea path is not easily understood by sailor sometimes.

A man that will miss his path to greatness and glory in life is likening to a pilot of a plane that decides to fly without the help of the control tower. Such pilot will not be long in service.

Be sure who is piloting and ordering the journey of your life or who you allowed to drive your boat and who you are journeying with in your life.

Let Us Pray.

1. Thank you for making me realise the beauty of your order in the journey of my life.

2. Oh Lord God, redirect the journey and path my life to the glory of your name.

3. Thank you for answered prayers, oh Lord.
